Aldi Product Feature: Aldi Cereal: Millville Honey Nut Oats

Millville honey nut oats aldi honey nut cheerios
I always do my best to stock up on cereal when it is on sale and I have coupons. However, with three growing boys in the house we run out of cereal very fast, and if there is no sale and coupons I always turn to Aldi cereal. My boys do not seem to notice a difference between their regular Honey Nut Cheerios and the Aldi cereal counterpart the Millville Honey Nut Oats.

At $1.59 for a 12.25 box of Millville Honey Nut Oats, it is low price that is difficult to beat at other grocery stores. In fact the only time that I can beat the Aldi price on honey oat cereal is when I can find the General Mills Honey Nut Cheerios at $2 a piece at a competitor and combine it with a $0.55 coupon. Otherwise, the Millwille cereal is the best find at $1.59.

  1. It is so good to hear other peoples opinions on own brand foods. I have always wandered past the cereal but have been too scared to try it in case it isn't as good as well known brands.

  2. My favorite is their brand of Fruit Loops! They are better than the brand.

  3. We like the Aldi brand cereals too - not much difference between name brand and Aldi. :)

  5. I checked the box, and it does not say specifically that it is gluten free, so I am assuming that they cannot guarantee it.
