We do not have any big salad dressing fans in my family, in fact the only time we have salad dressing on the table is when we have visitors. I am usually able to find cheap if not free salad dressing by combining a sale and coupons at stores such as Target and Publix, and I always end up throwing salad dressing out, because it just sits in the fridge after our guests leave. Once another set of visitors arrives, the dressing has gone past its expiration date. However, in the fall Aldi sent me a bottle of Aldi Grandessa Signature Raspberry Vinaigrette as a thank you for hosting a bunch of Aldi giveaways, and I have actually become a fan.
The Aldi Grandessa Signature Raspberry Vinaigrette is good for more than just a salad dressing, and this evening I made Grilled Salmon with parsley and the Raspberry Vinaigrette. I combined the salmon with a spinach salad, since Aldi has a great deal on spinach this week.
The Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing is made with red vine vinegar, raspberry honey and sweet spices. It comes in a 12.7 fl oz bottle, and it cost $1.99 at Aldi. It has a mild flavor that does not overwhelm the fresh taste of a salad.
My only negative about the Grandessa Signature Raspberry Vinaigrette is that it contains Red Dye #40, an ingredient, which I could easily do without.

The Grandessa Signature Raspberry Vinaigrette was perfect for our spinach salad this evening, as the Little Salad Bar spinach is on sale at $0.99 at our South Florida Aldi this week.
Have you tried any of Aldi's vinaigrettes?
I love Raspberry Vingerette
